Eggie recently retired from Deloitte where he led their consulting business across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Alongside senior executive and governance roles at Deloitte he had a distinguished career working with global companies and institutions around the world. He excelled in difficult and challenging environments particularly where there was a need to align executives and their teams behind a new business direction. In recent years this included the transformation of a global consumer goods company with a presence in 40 countries, and the restructuring and repositioning of Deloitte’s global consulting business where he personally led the process across 30 EMEA countries. Over the course of the workshop Eggie will share his story with us and be available as a coach and advisor to your team.
